Since our products are seldom backordered, our objective is to ship the order from our location within 24 hours from the time the order is received. If faster delivery is necessary, overnight service is available through UPS when the order is placed with us before 12:OO P.M. noon, (EST). (Overnight and second day air shipments are not available for hazardous products.)

GUARANTEED PRICES: It is our policy to offer guaranteed pricing for any standing or blanket orders for the duration of the order not to exceed one year. Extensions of this time would be considered for each individual circumstance.  HOWEVER, DUE TO THE FREQUENCY OF PRICE CHANGES FROM OUR SUPPLIERS, IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO RAISE PRICES DURING THE PERIOD OF THIS CATALOG. SINCE PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE, PLEASE CALL TO OBTAIN CURRENT PRICING.

TERMS: Net 30, F.O.B. Clifton, N.J. In order to minimize your shipping costs, shipments are made via UPS or mailed through U.S. Post Office where necessary. Larger shipments are made via common carrier. Freight and handling is prepaid and added to invoice.

PURCHASES: Eng Scientific is a minority and disabled veteran owned small  business.  Terms and conditions are the same as previously stated. All purchases are considered "open market" unless otherwise specified.

SPECIAL ORDERS: We have attempted to offer our products in various packaging sizes. However, we would gladly accept requests for quotations on other sizes. We would welcome any requests for products that are not included in this catalog, but can be manufactured at our facility.

Our technical specialists are available for any further assistance. We would appreciate your communicating any problems with our products as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on our reputation as a manufacturer of only quality products, and intend to provide adequate product support to our customers.

Please inspect your shipment for any apparent damage. Report such damage to the carrier immediately and have or arrange an inspection in order to file a claim. Notification of all damaged goods or shortages must be made immediately upon receipt of merchandise. Upon such notification. we will issue the necessary authorization and instructions for credit or replacement of product. No authorization will be given for opened or improperly stored products unless we have not met with product specifications.

PRODUCT WARRANTY: We warrant that at the time of manufacture, our products are prepared and tested in accordance with our stringent standards and conditions. Products should be received by our customers with a minimum dating of 1 year, where appropriate. Improper storage conditions and misuse of these products will adversely affect the products’ performance. Under these circumstances, the customer assumes full responsibility.

HAZARDS: The burden for safe use of our products is the sole responsibility of the buyer or user. These products are designed for use by qualified individuals trained in proper laboratory procedures and are familiar with their potential hazards. Material Safety Data Sheets are available upon request.

Additional catalogs or product information are available upon request. Information and data included in this catalog are correct and reliable to the best of our knowledge and belief. We only assume responsibility for the product in its’ original container that has not been misused, damaged or tampered with to the extent of replacing merchandise for its purchase price. Our products are manufactured for the laboratory and should only be used under the supervision of a qualified person.
